INTELpretation was founded by industry veterans from the legal and language service fields who saw a critical need for a modern, technology-driven solution to booking court interpreters. Our team is backed by the resources and expertise necessary to build and support a world-class platform, and is dedicated to a single goal: creating the most efficient, reliable, and professional network for connecting elite interpreters with the legal professionals who need them.


INTELpretation is a technology company, not an agency. We provide a sophisticated platform that automates the connection between clients and interpreters, increasing efficiency and creating more job opportunities. This allows you to manage your business directly through the app.


No. There is no cost for interpreters to join the INTELpretation network, create a profile, or use our app. Our commitment is to provide a no-fee platform for elite professionals to find high-quality work.


Getting Started & Managing Your Profile

Simply download the INTELpretation for Interpreters app and create your profile. If you received an invitation email because you are listed on a public court roster, our system will recognize your email and streamline your onboarding process.


Our platform's initial version uses a flexible hourly model with a two-hour minimum, which is preferred by a large segment of interpreters. However, based on valuable feedback from professionals like yourself, our development team is actively working on an advanced rate structure that will allow you to choose the model that works best for you, including options for half-day and full-day minimums.


Your profile allows you to set your preferences for both on-site and remote assignments. We are continuously working to make this interface more intuitive.


Assignments & Payments

When a potential job matching your profile is available, you will receive a notification. You can then view the full job details in the 'Potential Jobs' section of the app and click 'Accept' to confirm your availability.


Yes. Clients can request you by using your unique Member ID number, which is found at the top of your app's home screen.


After an assignment is complete, it will move to the 'Recently Completed Jobs' section. You can then initiate the invoicing process directly from the job details page within the app.


Our standard payment term is Net-30. Our platform handles all payment logistics to ensure you are paid reliably and on time.


To maintain the integrity of our network, canceling a confirmed job may negatively affect your rating. You can request a cancellation through the app, where you will be required to provide a reason. We understand emergencies happen, and all situations are reviewed in accordance with our Performance & Quality Policy.


Account & Technical Support

Please use the 'Reset Password' link on the login screen. If you continue to have trouble, email our support team for assistance.


Please email support@intelpretation.com and provide as much detail as possible, including your device type (e.g., iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S22) and the steps that cause the app to crash.
